Pros

Working from home is a plus

Cons

On my last review, I was directed to reach out via email for a chat. Since then my workload has increased by one person. I now do a job that requires two people. My direct managers know that I am grossly underpaid for what I do and the amount of work that I have to complete. They’ve pleaded with HR to compensate me but HR will not budge when they know an employee was moved out of my department. God forbid I save up enough to go on vacation and comeback to mayhem.

Pros

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

Cons

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
