Pros

The people in the company are great. There is a real family spirit across the world. The products are great and most of them work :) Management are always very approachable and welcome input from all employees. There are always opportunities to grow and develop in yourself and your career.

Cons

The compensation side of Quest is poor. With such high workforce retention, almost no one in the company receives the 'going-rates'. Although people do not want to leave, they are forced to so with the intent of returning to gain market rates. Not a lot else wrong - if money is not the most important thing that is

Pros

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

Cons

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
