Pros

1. Remote location working facility 2. Good quality IT people.

Cons

1. Upper management is not synced. your BU head has different plans, Executive has different and your inline manager has different. you won't know what you have to do after 2 months. 2. you can't be sure about your employment doesn't matter how good you are. 3. Firing happens every quarter. 4. If your product didn't perform in one quarter, the engineering team will be reduced in the next quarter. 5. Forget about appraisal or increment, if you get promised bonus you are lucky. 6. Every management person is busy in reorganisation from top to bottom. The more focus about reorganisation and cost-cutting rather than planning roadmap for products. 7. when it comes to appraisal, they always don't achieve the target and merely increase the salary or not.

Pros

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

Cons

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
