      Pros

      Good work life balance is all I can think of now.

      Cons

      Investor's group owns this company. They were in the rush to separate the company to sell by small pieces. In order to hit the bonus target, they kept cutting people again and again.

      Everyone business is owned by shareholders and Quest is no exception. There is no need or intent to cut people to hit a bonus target. Like every other business, we are evolving and our headcount needs are changing. Reducing spend in one area allows investment in another. And I don't think Quest is unique in that regard. LuAnn CHRO

      Pros

      The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

      Cons

      As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
