      Consistent Paycheck; Standard medical, dental, 401k

      Cons

      Culture, work/life balance, Management "Bro" culture; Kept same circle of people in positions of authority even with subpar performance and sinking sales. No educational/certificate reimbursement (critical for engineering employees)

      I think employees would be hard pressed to find a more supportive work life balance culture than Quest. With a robust work from home program, flexible work hours and flex scheduling we work hard to provide tools to enable you to balance all parts of your life.       Pros

      The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

      Cons

      As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
