      Pros

      Not much to go on here. Management is great, still trying to figure out their things they need to get straght

      Cons

      They don't pay their people well. You will do a lot of work, maybe even close some good business, but whats the point if you can't even hit your Quota? Quota is absolutely unattainable and they've implemented a 1.4X factor to help you attain it, but still unattainable.

      Pros

      The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

      Cons

      As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
