Thanks for your comments about Quest. It's always good to recognize other perspectives and it sounds like some of your personal experiences are reflected in your comments. One point that I'd like to address here: in the last twelve months, Quest has done both market specific targeted increases to ensure that our employees are paid at market value as well as a general compensation review with a generous merit budget. We've also established a company wide bonus plan that shares Quest's success with employees which recently made a solid mid year payout. We will continue to invest in compensation until the inequities that resulted from prior ownership are repaired.
