Pros

Nice building with a nice view and free coffee.

Cons

No chance to progress as a Tech Support engineer it is unnoticed position in the company Senior Tech leadership in Cork obviously shows lack of experience/knowledge but are promoted, regularly! Engineers are on the opposite side of that spectrum Did CEO have to go through an extensive background check as all of us? My fear is you guys forgot to do that

Pros

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

Cons

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
