Pros

Instead, there is a strong emphasis on cross-team collaboration and achieving shared success for both the company and its workforce. The team is highly experienced and demonstrates strong retention, which reflects several key strengths: the quality of the products offered, the company’s internal culture, and a clear commitment to retaining top talent. Within my department, the average tenure exceeds 15 years, highlighting long-term employee satisfaction and stability. The company promotes an open and inclusive culture in which employees’ opinions are actively listened to and taken into consideration. Communication with senior leadership is accessible, fostering a sense of transparency and approachability across all levels of the organization. Employee effort is consistently recognized and rewarded. The organization makes a deliberate effort to acknowledge contributions, ensuring that individuals feel valued and appreciated for their work. Collectively, these factors create a motivating environment that encourages employees to go above and beyond, consistently delivering their best performance.

Cons

There are very few areas for improvement. Based on everything outlined above, I believe this is a highly attractive company for professional development and long-term career growth.

Pros

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

Cons

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
