Pros

You get to work with some really massive, recognizable brands, which is great for the resume. The best part is the autonomy, management trusts you to run your accounts without breathing down your neck. It’s a solid place for people who like to "own" their work. Plus, the emphasis on actual strategy rather than just answering support tickets makes the day-to-day feel much more impactful.

Cons

The product list is huge, so it feels like you’re constantly learning something new. Which is addressed with several training avenues they offer.

Pros

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

Cons

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
