Pros

There is clear intent from leadership

Cons

Sales is now being done in region where sales engineer and account manager are expected on site and in region as much as possible. Sales people were given a chance to relocate, sales engineers were not - likely because some sales people said they would move and didn't.

Pros

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

Cons

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
