The peer-to-peer environment is strong and motivating. Supportive Culture: The immediate team members are incredibly smart, professional, and always willing to help. There's a genuine sense of camaraderie, and the culture values mutual respect and collaboration across departments.

Cons

The pace is very fast and requiring more self-learning. Some of the processes need times to fine tune.

Pros

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

Cons

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
