I didn't yet find any good reason to stay here unless staying or coming here is the only option one has.
Cons
They flaunt that they are Tier 1 service providers to Apple but the way everything is handling in the office is so just bad compared to any company I have worked so far. 1. Zero professionalism - most of them like 99% of them including the HR doesn't have the basic manners to introduce themselves during a discussion. 2. Work Place is pathetic - Anything and everything over here is not set ergonomically. Worst chairs in an IT company in my experience. The ceiling are so low that the lights directly hit your eyes causing lot of strain by EOD. It is literally a jail, 8hrs inside ODC, doesn't matter whether you are in project or bench. 3. Worst Cafeteria - the terrace is made as a cafeteria and trust me the food is nothing but pathetic and unhygienic. Not the standards of a good IT company. 4. Very bad lighting in washroom and you don't find tissue paper anywhere in the premises. Literally Nowhere, under any condition. Try asking the admin for tissue in some cases of need and they will respond like u asked for kgs of gold. 5. IT depart will make u raise ticket for anything and everything, even if their installation is gone bad you will need to raise a ticket again to get that fixed. 6. Interview Process here is a joke - anyone who is sitting idle will be taking interview in the first round and then second round will be a rocket science round but trust me their work is nowhere close to such level of interview. 7. You will stay in bench for ages and you will have no clarity over anything even after trying to find details about it. 8. They don't give much hike to lateral entries. 30% tops i would say. 9. No work from home what so ever. 10. Insurance provided is by far the cheapest ever i have had from any company i have worked with. All the above points are my observation in comparison with the firms i have worked so far. There might be much worse companies but this is nothing good for people coming good MNCs.
