Pros

Remote mostly Nice perks like discounted Philips products

Cons

Terrible leadership Terrible communication Lots of responsibility Underpaid High expectations while there is no clear way of doing things Project management is a disaster - no one knows what they are doing Buyer role wears many hats and is the go to for questions cross functionally even though it is not our scope of work (example engineers asking us engineer questions) The culture is really terrible - toxic work environment which resulted in a ton of turnover Confusion/dysfunctional Non stop tasks assigned - people constantly messaging you asking for updates on tasks - when there is no clear way of even doing it List goes on and on

Pros

The people in non- upper management roles that work there are fantastic. Great sense of community onsite and the culture champions are consistently looking for ways to make work life better.

Cons

Very poor communication on the strategy for the business unit. Leadership publicly promotes innovation and new ideas to be presented but then those ideas are shot down or penalized in private by current upper management. The business unit leadership says that don't want excuses for project delays but will then decide to do 3 major layoffs in the first two quarters with no transition plan, no support for gap in resources and no expectations to delayed progress.
