HR treats employees poorly No communication from head office, very disconnected from other branches of the company People in departments or positions higher than you will look down on you No support given to heritage team, forcing them to work more than scheduled hours Poor support during Pandemic Treats BIPOC staff as tokens and uses them for photo opportunities to show 'diversity'
