Toxic environment, good benefits though - Account Executive Penguin Random House Employee Review

Quite a toxic environment within my team and regularly would hear berating across the office by other managers to team members. Also real lack of diversity. I was on a team of 10 - all white upper middle class and the majority went to private school, except myself. Just had an overall air of snobbery unfortunately, plus everyone looked really unhappy most of the time.
