      Pros

      Great product solutions, good CEO, nice customer base. Nice office equipment and support material.

      Cons

      Competitive environment, unclear expectations, not enough embracing learning/sharing. Gas lighting company does not care enough for employees well being. One feels very replaceable, unheard and not pushed to learn beyond position.

      -Panaya has been the most open-door, friendly company I have ever worked for. -A true feeling of family when you work here. -All levels of management are available for support at any time. -Product development is quick and listens to the customers. -Comp plan is fantastic

      Cons

      -Your typical bumps of a young, small company. -Shifts in go to market plan make it challenging from a sales perspective. -Lots of changes, good and bad
