      Immense potential, should be way more ahead than it is now.

      Potential will never be realised until the CEO understands that to let his baby fly, he needs to let go of it.

      cool technology, awesome CEO, capable engineering and PM VPs

      Cons

      engineering/pm leadership needs help. the CPTO is not technical at all and has no product vision. However, the VPs of both engineering and PMs are all very technical and capable. They are limited by the CPTO though.
