      Great development platform Lots of opportunities, both inside the company and on clients/partners Highly motivated people, strong culture Challenging projects Good work environment

      Cons

      Low wages, compared to the average on market. Once you're in it is hard to grow your salary inside the company High work load, with no extra time payment Employee value recognition is very disregarded People training and career plans are not a priority

      cool technology, awesome CEO, capable engineering and PM VPs

      Cons

      engineering/pm leadership needs help. the CPTO is not technical at all and has no product vision. However, the VPs of both engineering and PMs are all very technical and capable. They are limited by the CPTO though.
