Pros
Fantastic product and colleagues. This is a solution to address all the failings of traditional IT such as slow speed of development and change, the clutter of code and lack of resources. In retrospect I see OutSystems 'Low-Code' as a for-runner to what Chat OpenAI is bringing to everything else - self learning etc.
Cons
It is a log sales cycle and SDR's are reliant on their Account Managers to close deals. If they don't - the SDR suffers and it's Leads and commission lost and down the drain. Not sure Management are aware of this aspect :(
