Pros
No… This is not a recruiter or someone in HR writing this review. This is someone in sales! OutSystems is one of the very few companies that actually care about their employees' well-being. My manager will always remind us that we could take the day off if we don't mentally feel well or if there is a lot on our mind that would interfere with our work. My entire team (manager and SDR leader included) is so supportive and so helpful -- we help each other become successful and sort out any problems that we face. Also, this is the type of company where you can progress in your career very quickly. I also like the CEO -- he doesn't seem like those CEOs that only care about money and numbers... which is basically 99% of CEOs in this world. The pay is good, in the commissions are definitely uncapped. Do you have so many opportunities to increase your commissions.
Cons
I don't have any cons. But I can say that this company is always changing and it does have a fast pace environment. It takes a lot to get used to but overall it's an amazing company.
