Pros
After +10 years I still get up every morning wanting to come to the office with a smile on my face. There are lots of opportunities for employees to grow in their functions/departments, as well as the flexibility for people to take on new roles in other departments. With the continuous global growth of the company there are also many opportunities for international careers. The vibe at the office is amazing. I get to work with a group of extremely smart and high energy people that are fully committed to delivering an amazing product. The office is really cool also, with several chill out areas, free fruit, dairy products, coffe, tea and candy! I have flexibility to work from home and am encouraged to find a good personal/work life balance.
Cons
As all companies operating in highly competitive markets, OutSystems has a very fast pace that is not suited for folks looking for an easy 9-5 job. At the office I work we have a full open office environment which can get noisy on busy days, making it harder to concentrate.
