Pros
This is a very open company,l where it is expected that you interact with everyone, all the way up to the CEO. There's hierarchy, but apparent barriers to reach out to upper management without having to think about it twice. Transparency is also a big plus around here. We know why things need to be done, and our voice is heard and, if not taken into account, the reasons are properly communicated. Managers spend more time making this a better place to work and moving this company forward, keeping us involved in the loop
Cons
Being a company that is growing at a very fast rate, if you do not like to deal with change, this is not the place with you. While I don't see this as a con, I understand it may one for others. At the specific Linda-a-Velha site, traffic can be a bit chaotic during rush hour, but that's the same for every Lisbon-based company
