      Good benefits and decent pay, hard work. Intelligent colleagues (for the most part). Some good managers/directors. Fun place to work. Updated offices

      Poor communication between senior management and the rest of the employees.

      Compassionate employees and very patient. I got a pay increase without even asking after one year

      The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.

      Cons

      Old employees are paid less (or receive worse salaries) compared to new hires, even when holding the same job title or responsibilities.
