      - very strong PTO policy, good 401k, insurance, etc - opportunity to work with people all around the world - solid global network provider - flexibility to work from home

      Cons

      - lots of process; sometimes the process is more important than the result - tendency for mediocrity and complacency in some employees - limited career mobility or advancement - limited in-person collaboration

      Compassionate employees and very patient. I got a pay increase without even asking after one year

      The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.

      Cons

      Old employees are paid less (or receive worse salaries) compared to new hires, even when holding the same job title or responsibilities.
