      Pros

      The benefits that an employee receive in terms of insurance etc is really helpful. Human resources usually cater for the employees really well. And the environment to work in is great

      Cons

      The salary is not really that great compared to what other people are earning abroad doing the same job. Apart from that, i think everything else is great.

      Compassionate employees and very patient. I got a pay increase without even asking after one year

      Pros

      The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.

      Cons

      Old employees are paid less (or receive worse salaries) compared to new hires, even when holding the same job title or responsibilities.
