cozy life in some of the teams & departments, working with really nice people, good benefits package, good promotion perspective but up to a certain level.
Cons
conservative, too much politics in projects, afraid of real change, not keeping pace with new technologies and ways of working, for a decent salary increase you have to leave the company for a period and return, HR rules are so old.
