Pros
The company has investment capacity and aim to improve market position and expand the business. The global strategy is getting right. The B2C business is growing fast and Technology area is improving step by step.
Cons
The culture of change isn’t consolidating in all management and staff structure so they remain conservative and slow. Communication outside isn't as good as it could be. They aren’t leveraging Orange France capacities in Spain which would add value and contribute growing the enterprise business.
