      Pros

      - Rewarded for Productivity / Hard work - Many incentives / benefits (free food, refreshments, long breaks, occasional month long commission upgrades if you meet set targets) - Incredible atmosphere + colleagues are all super nice - Plenty of room for development, consistent coaching and support - You are kept in the loop about everything from all areas of the organisation - Given responsibility the moment you join (trusted to work independently but also not "thrown in the deep end")

      Cons

      - Work/Life balance has the possibility of being disrupted if not meeting targets (sometimes have to work outside paid hours if it means getting a sale) - Training process is short but tedious at points, bit of an information dump. However, you will learn so much faster "on the job"

      Pros

      Some members of the company are the best people you’ll ever meet.

      Cons

      Genuinely a complete mess. Incompetent, passive aggressive leadership that repeatedly makes both poor and confusing company decisions. I have some absolutely crazy stories from things I’ve witnessed here. There’s things that are so bizarre and dysfunctional, they belong in an alternate reality.
