We take all feedback very seriously and are committed to constantly improving the working environment for our employees. We recognise that we are not always perfect and mistakes do happen, but we are actively working to improve and provide better support to our teams.

We have recently introduced engineer engagement days - which gives everyone a chance to come together as a team, recognise great performance, let you know what's happening around the business, share ideas and provide feedback. We hope this helps create more opportunities for open conversations and support.
