Inexperienced, Unqualified Management: The majority of management is fresh out of university, most under 25, with little to no real experience in leading people. This results in highly inappropriate behavior, exacerbated by the fact that there is no HR department to address concerns.
Toxic Senior Management Control: Promotions seem to be based more on personal relationships than merit—shopping trips with senior management on weekends appear to fast-track your career (yes, this actually happened). The company is plagued by cliques, with other managers forced to constantly rely on a single senior manager, creating inefficiency and stifling competition.
Rampant Favoritism & Fake Feedback System: There’s a toxic favoritism culture. They promote a fake "feedback" system, but if you offer genuine ideas or criticism, it puts a target on your back. Worse yet, they actively break GDPR laws to trace and retaliate against those who provide 'anonymous' feedback.
Overworked and Undervalued: The workload is extreme and the environment highly stressful, with little recognition or support.
Terrible Pay: The pay is low, likely designed to attract young, inexperienced graduates who don’t yet know better.
Broken Promises, Broken Systems: The company has been promising improvements for over 10 months, but nothing has changed. I finally quit, and am now in a far better career, earning significantly more.
