      Pros

      Depends on whether your face fits, if it does you have all the perks and can get away with doing little as possible to get promoted, Be “Dumb, miserable or just ranting” you will definitely get promoted.

      Cons

      If you are hard working, honest and reliable, your efforts will be unrecognised. They call it team effort, even though you do all the hard work, but others get praised and rewarded for your efforts. If you have difficulties or disabilities you get forgotten. Because they are too busy looking after the ones who shout the loudest or just very good at manipulating.

      Pros

      Some members of the company are the best people you’ll ever meet.

      Cons

      Genuinely a complete mess. Incompetent, passive aggressive leadership that repeatedly makes both poor and confusing company decisions. I have some absolutely crazy stories from things I’ve witnessed here. There’s things that are so bizarre and dysfunctional, they belong in an alternate reality.
