Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. While we're sorry you didn't have a good experience, we know your experience isn't representative of the vast majority of our team.
The last couple of years have been particularly difficult for our customers with the cost of living crisis. We see it as being our responsibility to help and support them as best as we can even though this can be tough at times. To support team members who need it after difficult customer calls or emails, we have the listening ear programme across all of Ops as well as a number of specific wellbeing initiatives within sites. We hope you were able to make use of these resources.
In terms of our managers, we run pre-emptive development programmes for potential leaders as well as having in place thorough recruitment processes to ensure we have the best people moving into leadership roles. We’re sorry if the experience you had with your leader was not as positive as other experiences we see and hear about and hope you were able to offer more specific feedback before you left the business as it’s important to us that our teams feel supported.
