      People are generally nice and friendly. Company culture and mission is good

      Cons

      Tech stack is outdated and accumulates a lot of tech debt. Spend most of my time in meetings, which isn't very productive. Pay is lower compared to other companies including startups. Also strange that most senior and lead engineers don't know much about architecture...

Your point around the stack and technical debt is interesting. We do assign time monthly to cleaning up tech debt and introduce new technology.       Pros

      Some members of the company are the best people you’ll ever meet.

      Cons

      Genuinely a complete mess. Incompetent, passive aggressive leadership that repeatedly makes both poor and confusing company decisions. I have some absolutely crazy stories from things I’ve witnessed here. There’s things that are so bizarre and dysfunctional, they belong in an alternate reality.
