I am currently applying to Octopus (so cheeky to leave a review but I do feel like excellent businesses deserve it) and so far it has all been a positive and pleasant experience. From the get go they have been very clearly in their desired applicant, their goals as a business and what the benchmark for success looks like in the business. They've also been amazingly flexible with availability to talk and have been personable and overall a breathe of fresh air in the current climate. Ronnie in recruitment has particularly been an absolute champion ambassador so far too - if Octopus is overall like him, you have an absolute winner of a brand and business!
