      Pros

      The people are so welcoming no matter where you are in the business. It’s like nothing is too much to ask and I’ve never felt more welcome. The field team are exceptional, they really care about the company, brand and customers.

      Cons

      I haven’t found any cons yet. The work load and expectation is high but because everyone is a shareholder you WANT to put that extra effort in.

      Pros

      Some members of the company are the best people you’ll ever meet.

      Cons

      Genuinely a complete mess. Incompetent, passive aggressive leadership that repeatedly makes both poor and confusing company decisions. I have some absolutely crazy stories from things I’ve witnessed here. There’s things that are so bizarre and dysfunctional, they belong in an alternate reality.
