Pros
Super friendly team who make you feel welcome and appreciated for your times. Supportive recruitment team, I worked with Mollie and she was wonderful, helped guide me and constantly kept me in the loop. Very supportive to my needs. Extremely informative discovery day you really learn a lot about the company to help you understand the role and if it is for you.
Cons
Process took a little longer at the start but once I was into a discovery day I had another interview the next day and was offered the position straight away.
