      Pros

      I've just made it through the application process and I'm thrilled to be joining Octopus Energy. As a business, they really care about their people and made all the interview stages as fun and well supported as possible. Mollie was a brilliant guide throughout and helped me prepare the best I could. Everything I learn about the company makes me more excited to work for them, they really are leading the way in so many areas.

      It's a very thorough process but it's worth it!

      Pros

      Some members of the company are the best people you’ll ever meet.

      Cons

      Genuinely a complete mess. Incompetent, passive aggressive leadership that repeatedly makes both poor and confusing company decisions. I have some absolutely crazy stories from things I’ve witnessed here. There’s things that are so bizarre and dysfunctional, they belong in an alternate reality.
