Pros
- My team are extremely supportive and we are always looking out for one another. I feel a part of something and like my colleagues always have my back. - My personal development has really been pushed in a positive way. I've been handed tasks and trained on things I never expected to understand and my managers have always recognised areas that I would excel in and helped me to move towards those. -We have very regular contact with those higher up in the company so you will never feel disconnected and always have an opportunity to learn about exactly what the company is doing. Everything is completely transparent here. - If you put the work in there is definite room to grow, you will get out of this job what you put into it and if you are willing to work hard that will be recognised and opportunities to do new things will be given to you.
