Pay is poor management disorganised - Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer Octopus Energy Employee Review

Pay is below industry standard. Seems no motivation for reviewing engineer pay. Install bonus isn’t worth the time. Additional skills don’t lead to bumps in pay as they do elsewhere. Communication is poor at best. Promises made is recruitment stage not followed through on, only half my previous qualifications brought across and impossible to get them all reinstated here. If your face doesn’t fit the working environment is uncomfortable. Will be moving on within the next few months.
