Pros
Worklife balance, good communcation with management, good uniform and equipement. Kraken field has improved a lot since i joined.
Cons
Need access to surveys and information for ev installs as this has not been added to each job info and jobs are getting aborted or changed to surveys as customers dont want to send informaion twice. When jobs are aborted it effects our yearly bonus which is another reason for this to be prioritised more, that and customer complaints. Not enough engagement days so company policies are not being passed down effectively. A monthly meeting dedicated to ev would be useful as this 50% of octopus sales. I would like more availability to upskill to solar or heatpump as i was told this would be provided when i joined. Not so much a con but i would like to work away more when the opportunities arise.
