      Independence, freedom, occasionly relaxed, nice people to work with.

      Cons

      Don't take into consideration driving time, will give you more work than should fit in a working day (including drive time), no time for lunch breaks, unrealistic travel expectations, constantly changing the job role and giving more work, some surveyors get way less work and still payed the same.

      Pros

      Some members of the company are the best people you’ll ever meet.

      Cons

      Genuinely a complete mess. Incompetent, passive aggressive leadership that repeatedly makes both poor and confusing company decisions. I have some absolutely crazy stories from things I’ve witnessed here. There’s things that are so bizarre and dysfunctional, they belong in an alternate reality.
