Hi there,
Thank you for your honest review.
We try really hard to make the office a brilliant place to come to work for our employees, and I truly believe we do that with the lovely office space and perks like free lunches.
But this all means nothing if the job itself is not satisfying and it sounds like you have some serious concerns over the actual role.
To address them one by one. Firstly, if you're feeling over-worked we have loads we can do to support you with that feeling and between your manager, your OM or myself we can come up with a plan to make some adjustments to make your role more sustainable to fulfil.
If you're feeling underpaid, it may be a few things. Our starting salary is benchmarked regularly in the market for similar roles, so we know we're paying a fair market rate. How people are paid beyond that is down to progression and performance, so if you're feeling underpaid its likely that you're feeling you've not been rewarded for additional responsibility. As you know, we have a very clear system for rewarding upskilling and performance with pay increases, so if either this hasn't happened or you think the renumeration should be higher for your responsibility, I'd love to chat to help give you clarity on this.
Finally, I do feel we provide so much opportunity for people to grow here so don't fully agree with that sentiment, Whether thats upskilling and progressing in the numerous specialisms we have, going down the path of becoming a leader here or indeed progressing into other areas, it feels there's numerous options for people. Again, if this is something you're feeling I'd love to here why the opportunities I feel there are for progression are not something you see here.
Hope this addresses your review, and thanks again for submitting.
