Octopus Energy truly stands out from other companies I've worked for. The culture here is phenomenal: Everyone is approachable, happy to help, and supportive, regardless of the team you reach out to. Getting settled is made easy if you need equipment like a mouse, or keyboard, just reach out to Tasha, she is an outstanding office manager. A massive thank you to Onboarders: Charlotte, Jess, Amy, and Luca and to all the trainers, David & Harry and everyone who has made these process a seamless one. you guys have made the onboarding process for me and my training group exceptional! it’s hard to think of any downsides, especially compared to my previous employer, which doesn't even come close to the experience here. I will say due to the large amount of helpful resources and internal communication, it can sometimes feel challenging to keep track of all the new information and updates. Overall, I'm thrilled to have started here!
