      La mayoría de los trabajadores son jóvenes, por lo que él ambiente es muy bueno

      Cons

      Se aprovechan al contratar gente sin experiencia para pagarles un sueldo muy bajo, a pesar de ser todos graduados universitarios. Los jefes exigen mucho y aportan poco: imparten formaciones inútiles y siempre lo quieren todo rápido, son muy espontáneos. No pueden construir la casa por el tejado.

      Pros

      Lots of Work and open to creativity in some respects. Easy to fit into any role you are willing to get involved in, lots of opportunity to learn new things. Team Members were fantastic, very family like culture.

      Cons

      Business grew and culture changed including stresses - change is inevitable though. Work pressure and demands at times were unreasonable, repetitive and arduous. Being involved in roles or tasks that is not empowering, motivating or meaningful.
