      Buen ambiente de equipo entre compañeros de equipo, de forma horizontal. Tras esta empresa puedes acceder a la competencia.

      Cons

      Objetivos poco realistas, sin ningún tipo de medio por el que alimentar el flujo, agradecido con un salario casi mínimo. No se recibe ningún tipo de formación específica sobre el servicio de la empresa, se alimentan de una alta rotación de personal para la captación de nuevos leads.

      Pros

      Lots of Work and open to creativity in some respects. Easy to fit into any role you are willing to get involved in, lots of opportunity to learn new things. Team Members were fantastic, very family like culture.

      Cons

      Business grew and culture changed including stresses - change is inevitable though. Work pressure and demands at times were unreasonable, repetitive and arduous. Being involved in roles or tasks that is not empowering, motivating or meaningful.
