Being CRA in Hungary at Novartis - CRA I Novartis Employee Review

- Crazy workload and Basel doesnt give a damn to hire more people. - Due to high workload and timelines the management is also bad. They are micromanaging, sending ppl to visits while they are sick or other crazy requests. - The whole clinical research segment in Hungary is trembling since years. - Its a big red flag to work here as a CRA or any other position. - The "big boss" is a narcisist. - There are more managers then actual workforce. - Worst place ever where I have ever worked.
