Pros
Rigorous environment in terms of peers and superiors on campus, high quality products, good networking opportunities but requires high differentiation tactics, good reputation with customers, optimistic new direction with customer centricity and innovative solutions to complement our medicines.
Cons
Overinflated role descriptions if comparing to competitors, somewhat disorganized ways of working after recent transformation in the company, high competition for new roles as many senior and skilled talent was let go off, reverting to hiring traditional/more conservative profiles, at times too political of a work environment, subpar relocation and tax services for expats (EY makes constant mistakes, KPMG was better).
