• Most of the employees are being hired from tier-3 college with no tech background and you end up feeling stuck with bunch of incompetent people.
• The incompetent management knows nothing about your work and they are full of Bengali people from WNS and they have created a nexus so that they can promote their own breed. They can't even speak fluent English.
• Favorite people are only promoted.
• Everyone want to reach TL position so that they can enjoy TL salary band.
• Work is mostly support work except a data science team which comprises of 2 senior Data scientists. These data science people develop algorithms and pass onto the other teams for regular updates.
• This is the kind of work you can expect. Performance reviews are mostly a joke. Very less difference between hike and promotional hike.
• If you can sell your work in the eyes of management by taking sessions, you will get 3% extra hike. You just have to spread your "innovation" like a virus.
• This company is best for retirement type of work and nothing else. Senior (old WNS people) will pull you down due to their own job insecurity
