Excellent Company - Associate Director Novartis Employee Review

Great people, excellent benefits, generous paid time off, closed the week of Christmas, excellent opportunities to advance career, tuition reimbursement. I was downsized, but the severance package was extremely generous and sympathetic. I worked there for almost 20 years and had several positions of increasing responsibility, visibility and compensation. When they eliminaed my department I was sad to leave the company, but it was, objectively, a sound business decision. I would work for them again in a heartbeat.
